 SUELTATE EL PELO

Entering Suéltate el pelo is like introducing yourself in a time machine. In its ten years of existence, this bar on Maria de Guzman Street, 5 has created a real museum of the 80s, where one can find memorabilia, games and gadgets from that decade, or watch Super Grover flying just above your head....But  the absolute King of the Place is a life-size Espinete (the hero of the Spanish Sesame Street).

At Suéltate el pelo there is always a conversation going on about when we were kids at any of its corners full of dolls, memories and toys. A bar dedicated to the Espinete Generation, whose motto is: "You can´t by yourself but you can with your friends”. A fine selection of that era Spanish TV commercials is shown on their screens all night long. Dungeons and Dragons, The Goonies or Back to the Future have a place here, too.

Music is a whole revival of the best  80´s and 90´s Spanish hits: Loquillo or  Hombres G, but also Extremoduro, Alaska, Modestia Aparte or Mecano. In addition, the bar has a reserved area downstairs for private events with it´s own bar and waiter, table football and darts just for you and your friends to enjoy all night.

A site that certainly will not leave you indifferent.
