Roberta Marrero (Las Palmas, 1972). Her work is influenced by many sources from religious imagery to comics, mass culture, Hollywood stars or American independent cinema. Her works have been travelling around the world, she was included in "David Bowie is" at the Victoria & Albert in London or in "Piaf", an exhibition celebrating the centenary of the birth of Edith Piaf in the national library in Paris. The legendary star, member of Andy Warhol's Factory, Joe Dallesandro, chose one of his works for a limited t-shirt edition.

She is involved in the artist collective La Fiambrera who will published his first graphic novel "Green Baby" with Planeta Press House in November 2016.
