At the market opening hours, you can stroll through the stalls, located on the first floor, buy the piece of meat or fish that you´d like and, immediately afterwards, climb to the Sky Market, where they will prepare it to your indicated preference. One of its specialties is the best Jamón de bellota Cinco Jotas freshly cut.

 

We must also mention the open overwhelming terrace with a perfect site of the city rooftops, where you can enjoy drinks and a select cocktail terrace.
