This pleasant restaurant is located on Calle Meson de Paños, 1, next to Calle Mayor and was recently opened, although the Minibar is six years old, since it before in Opera Square.

 

The minibar breathes an informal, original and fun spirit, with a heterogeneous clientele among which tourists also abound and who decide to stay on this establishment with the sole purpose of drinking, eating and enjoying the moment.

 

The gastronomic concept is sharing, ordering some tapas to share. In this way the star dishes are the manchego cheese melted and served on a tomato marmalade with cinnamon or the crispy rolls of wild boar with mushroom cream. There is also a great variety of cocktails.

 

As for the setting, the space itself already existed and could not be reform, being the pillars of the building. The decoration shows part of the Christian Wall of the old city, mixed with color areas, colored chairs ... giving the place a festive touch.

There are two main rooms. The upstairs one, which has a bar and is at the street level, is intended for dining when the downstairs is full or to accommodate large groups. But the real life of the Minibar is downstairs, the basement of the building with a more clandestine access.

 

On the other hand, the Minibar bets to support the creativity of artists, scheduling painting exhibitions, making exclusive bags, customized t-shirts ...

Everything always with an original touch.

 

Minibar opens weekdays from 9am to 2am and weekends from 12:00 to 2:30.
