Located between Chueca and Malasaña, at Augusto Figueroa Street, 3 and with and entrance from an office building,

 

El Intruso connects every night the audience with an atmosphere full of eclectic music entertainment. Taking as a reference black roots music: Soul, Jazz, Funk…it also opens up to other styles, such as Folk, Rock or Americana in order to satisfy different audiences.

 

Apart from live shows, they hold stand up comedy shows and children oriented music sessions, on weekend mornings and afternoons, book and film presentations and special events. This surprising enclosure is shaped as a Z: it´s hall is a comfortable seating area to enjoy an early afternoon tea.

The bar is faced to the stage and behind that there is a third area where you have more privacy. The decoration is committed to simplicity: raw wood, brick walls and metal pieces to create a New Yorker and underground environment. Its open every day until 5:30 am (6:00 on weekends and holiday eves).
