CURRO SUAREZ

Curro Suárez (Barcelona, 1973) works in Madrid as a publicist since 1997. As an illustrator, he has collaborated with BBVA, Coca-Cola, or Vodafone; has had his first spins onto children's books illustrations; TV (for various series), or music: His Majesty the King or Neu! Club are some of his costumers. He illustrated magazine covers such as Visual or Boletín del Club de Creativos. Inspired by both nature and the city and many "old" references as Chagall, Sauvignac, Jim Flora, aesthetic and music of the 50's-60's-70's, primitive art, Charley Harper, Richard Scarry, Quentin Blake, Blue Note record or Hatch Show Print. All of them performed by the author within the full context of today.
